Could anyone point me to any downloads of light programmes for the Kasina that are slowly changing colours as apposed to the strobe like effects?

If you are using and Audiostrobe (AS) or a KBS session pressing the down button you can change the color sets to slowly change colors. This is what the abbreviations mean:

    Color set 1: RGB-L/R :

Left AS Channel: Red/Green/Blue on the Left Ganzframe Lens
Right AS Channel: Red/Green/Blue on the Right Ganzframe Lens

    Color set 2: R-L/R :

    Left: Red on Left Lens
    Right: Red or Right Lens

    Color set 3: RG-L/R :

    Left: Red/Green on Left Lens
    Right: Red/Green on Right Lens

    Color set 4: G-L/R :

    Left: Green on Left Lens
    Right: Green on Right Lens

    Color set 5: GB-L/R :

    Left: Green/Blue on Left Lens
    Right: Green/Blue on Right Lens

    Color set 6: B-L/R :

    Left: Blue on Left Lens
    Right: Blue on Right Lens

    Color set 7: RB-L/R :

    Left: Red/Blue on Left Lens
    Right: Red/Blue on Right Lens

    Color set 8: R/G :

Left: Red on Both the Left and Right Lenses
Right: Green on Both the Left and Right Lenses

Color set 9: R/B looks the same as color set seven?

    Left: Red on Both Lenses
    Right: Blue on Both Lenses

    Color set 10: G/B :

    Left: Green on Both Lenses
    Right: Blue on Both Lenses

    Color set 11: Ran-SR :

Random Color with a Slow (speed) Ramp (Cross-Fade)

    Color set 12: Ran-MR :

Random Color with a Medium Ramp

    Color set 13: Ran-FR

Random Color with a Fast Ramp

    Color set 14: Ran-SJ

Random Color with a Slow (speed) Jump

    Color set 15: Ran-MJ

Random Color with a Medium Jump

    Color set 16: Ran-FJ :

Random Color with a Fast Jump

If you are looking for slower flicker rates, look for sessions in the theta or delta range. Sessions for deep meditation, profound relaxation, and sleep use these sessions.

If you are not looking for any flickering light and would like changing colors to the music, start the session, and press the up button to put it into Color Organ mode. You can then use the down button to adjust the speed of which the colors change.

I would like to use Mind Work Station which I have to make slow colour scrolling light programmes with my own audio to run on Mode SpectraStr on the Kasina or would like to download some ready made slow scrolling light programmes if there are any and use them. Thanks in advance

Mind Workstation is no longer available. There are other options to create sessions if you would like. You can download free sessions from here, or off out Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/mindplace. You can purchase session albums here https://mindplace.com/collections/media
