Schumann Resonce session

Hi Guys, am new here and would like to ask if somebody has a session for schumann resonance. I just bought a procyon and would like to try this. Also, can i use an in-ear-monitor earphone ( like Shure SE535)in lieu of the headphone which came along with the procyon? I certainly hope somebody could reply. Thanks

I'm not sure if one has been posted, but in searching the forum, I found this lengthy discussion on the Schumann resonance.

You can use whatever headphones or earbuds that you like.

There are several sessions available in NeuroProgrammer 3, which is software that produces BWE sessions. A free trial can be downloaded here http://www.ayrmetes.com/NP3.html. The software will allow you to change the frequency slightly, as Schumann Resonance is not a fixed frequency and fluctuates geographically and daily.
