the only session I ever had positive feedback on from more that one person.
I use it regularly myself.
It is a theta session with a target frequency at 5.2 Hz. 5 Hz or here 5.2 Hz is not documented as good for anything particular - by any scientific research.
I have, however, found it very good for deep relaxation / regeneration after a hard days office work.
It is also very good after a hard days study. It is well known that learned stuff is digested and stored - after study during a rest at theta.
The session is structured along the rules of Dave Siever - the maker of the PAL mind machines. It is all in all a classic entrainment session - with a more modern leadin due to the posibilities of more modern dual chanel machines.
