Icc err

I went to use my Procyon today and first thing I noticed was feedback, kind of like the ground loop thing only i'm running it off rechargeables with a full charge and its doing it whether im plugged into the computer's audio out or not (usb cable is not being used).

I then noticed that as I was pressing the Mode button it was displaying 'ICC' and then 'ERR'.

Any ideas as to what is wrong and what to do about it?

For anyone else having this problem, this "ICC ERR" is an error message that occasionally can be seen on the Procyon when batteries get low. Use Alkaline (not rechargeable) batteries or USB power and all should be well.
