    Default Downloading Proteus Editor...

Hi, greetings to all, I'm loving my 3 MindPlace devices! I could use some guidance, my Proteus came set in the monocolor modality and I want to change it to bicolor and pressing the 2 bottom buttons together doesn't do it so how do I download the editor software? When I go to Proteus Software on MindPlace the Proteus Editor 2.5.1 comes up as a PDF file and I can't find a downloadable file like what comes up when installing the Procyon editor. I'm puzzled. I just successfully installed the Procyon editor and driver, THANKS Scott! for your YouTube tutorial so I can't be that thick, or am I? After getting the Proteus editor up and running I want to put all those sessions on the Procyon. Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Hello!

I believe you have to press those 2 bottom buttons after you press play.

Click on the link that shows "Proteus Editor 2.5.1" on this page: http://www.mindplacesupport.com/cont...oteus-Software

You will need a USB to RS-232 adapter if your computer does not have an RS-232 port.

Thanks Andy, I got Proteus Editor up and running but it isn't recognizing the RS-232 adapter I bought off ebay that a poster said worked. How can I buy your adapter, I don't see it for sale on Mindplace?

Have a read through this post to help you get your adapter working.

If you wish to purchase the one from MindPlace, it's not yet up on the site, but you can send a message to orders@mindplace.com to inquire.
