Three Questions
1. What is sensory motor rhythm (SMR)_?
2. How do you produce it within the Procyon?
3. Why do you want to produce it?
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
It is a subgroup of frequencies also known as lower beta. Typically SMR is 12-15 Hz.
This range of frequencies is already part of many Procyon programs. Programs 6, 7, & 8 have various combinations with the most SMR.2. How do you produce it within the Procyon?
It's a range of frequencies associated with relaxed focus. It's one of the best states of mind to be in when doing any kind of activity that requires you to be alert and focused (school work, administrative work, reading a book).3. Why do you want to produce it?
It is also the range of frequencies used to help people with concentration problems and has been successful in helping those with ADD/ADHD.

It can also help with sleep paralysis, and handling stress better. Generally a good band to increase.
