    Default Alpha Session

    Attached is a new Alpha session for the Proteus. Alpha is associated with a feeling of relaxation, well-being and creative/positive thinking. It is also the range of frequencies that are most helpful to those with any kind of addiction problems and/or depression. Alpha has been known to enhance the production of serotonin.
