I am a newbie looking for advice on the effectiveness of using AVS compared to biofeedback. It seems that both AVS and biofeedback are trying to achieve similar objectives, ie improve concentration & cognition and reduce stress, but which one is more effective.
Just a little background, I run a mental development centre for children aged from 5 to 16 years old. I meet many ADD & ADHD and sometimes autistic children who need help improving their concentration & cognitive abilities. Other than that, I am also interested on how these technologies could help with stress & meditation for adults.
Any input & help from anyone would be most appreciated. Thank you.
