There are a few courses out there that are offered by e-learning. Personally I think that NLP is a difficult subject to learn remotely because you do not have an instructor there to give you feedback on your techniques - so it's difficult for you to know what you may be doing wrong or what skills you need to work on.

Having said that, if you still want to pursue an ecourse (because there are no good NLP trainers in your area) this is your best bet: http://www.nlpu.com/
