I have add and I have been using session 8, but this is only smr. I need to to go to a higher beta freqeuncy, which one should I use because session 13 is a lttle to high for me/

Have you downloaded the Procyon Sessions info from the library here?
That will give a much better idea of how the various sessions are constructed.
As I understand it, the ideal strategy for ADD is to present Beta to the left hemisphere and SMR to the right. It doesn't appear that any of the Procyon sessions actually do this (I may be wrong, but looking at the session descriptions its not obvious), but it would be easy enough to write a simple session with the editor.
If you haven't looked at it, you may also find Neuroprogrammer from Transparent Corp useful - it does have sessions that do exactly this - and it works a treat with the Procyon providing the Audiostrobe decoding.
Cheers,
Craig
Apologies - the PDF of the session details aren't in the library but are in a post by Marissa in the Procyon forum - I don't know how to link to it, but if you do a search for "Procyon Sessions" you should be able to find it.

Actually SMR is usually the most helpful for people with ADD. P 8 as well as any of the Energy programs go up to 18 hz, which is plenty. You don't really need different frequencies in different hemispheres to get results.
Also please keep in mind that results will not be immediate. You may have to use the machine every day for a week or so before you notice any results. Also the results may be subtle and you may not notice them right away.
You can also try any of the programs that I suggested with just the sound, in addition to sessions with the light and sound. This may help you concentrate while you work at your desk or read a book.
What makes you believe that you SMR isn't sufficient for you? How long have you used the machine? Are you making any other lifestyle changes to help with the ADD (diet, exercise, supplements etc.).
M.
