Hi All. I have a gamma session from a Kasina device in MP3. Shouldn?t it be in .wav format for the sake of highest quality? Thanks

mp3 is fine, as long as it's 320kbs hq.

Thanks for the answer. Is there any way I can verify that? I have it in the micro card. I am looking for a 40hz gamma session and the ones in the micro card don?t give any reference to the hz value, just a title. Is there any place I can get a 40hz session? Thanks!
You can verify it by listening to it. If you don't hear a difference and the lights operate properly, you're golden. However, if you are adamant about wav files, you can certainly use those, keeping in mind that they will take up more space on your device.
There are lots of 40hz/gamma sessions available, here or at the support site.

If the lights are working properly, you’re good. 40 Hz is the fastest light flicker that will entrain. Entrainment drops rapidly above 40 Hz. You might experience a little shakiness at those speeds. A recent study showed red light at 24-38 Hz to be the optimal flicker rate to entrain gamma.
