I bought a Kasina years ago for my autistic son, but he didn?t get into it. I have used it successfully in the past (help with focus and retention when studying for a notoriously difficult credentialing exam).

I am wanting to use it again to try and help with some issues I?m having, but I really could use some advice on sessions to use. Or at least how to search better for sessions of a particular type. The ones that came on the Kasina are ok but I?d like to expand my library. When I search on forums and in SoundCloud they often don?t say what they are good for, or I don?t know how to find that information.

sleep- I seem to have developed insomnia, I wake at 3-4 am and sleep is spotty and light after that if at all (I get up for work at 5:50). I also have trouble falling asleep.

cannabis withdrawal/addiction- I have been using cannabis daily for several years. I have quit for as long as 3-4 months at a time before. I used it to help me fall asleep, I started after my dog died that used to sleep snuggled into me and I couldn?t get used to her absence. I am on day 3 of abstinence again and I really want to give it up for good.

anxiety- I have been waking up every day with nausea and anxiety, to the point that it?s often 10 am before I stop shaking. Could be related to the weed and/or insomnia. It?s really awful though and many mornings as I am getting ready for work, dry heaving etc I think I just can?t go on this way. I can?t manage to eat anything until late morning.

any help with sessions for these things? Maybe something I can use at bedtime and again in the early morning?

and yes I have seen and talked to my doctor but whenever you are a cannabis user they chalk any and all issues up to that? but the anxiety and nausea continue even when I am off the weed.
