I understand that most people don?t have the time or the inclination to master everything about brainwave entrainment and Audiovisual Stimulation, so I have devised a way to learn how to create a simple custom session in just over an hour. I provide a template that has everything set up already. All you do is make a few changes, such as background music and ambiance, and adjust the entrainment frequency where you want it. Then, export it as an MP3 or WAV file, load it on your Kasina, or play it through your Limina.
