Several years ago I had an EEG assessment done for neurofeedback. The report generated is a very detailed description of the patterns/tendencies of my individual brain. I found Neuro feedback to be very helpful, but it is time consuming. I?ve found AVE devices like the Kasina to be much easier to integrate into everyday life.
Anyway, it occurred to me that the 19-channel EEG report might be useful in helping to select the best Kasina and Enkidu sessions, the ones that my individual brain would most benefit from. So, I typed the details findings of the EEG report into an AI program (I used Grok). I asked it to please create a custom one-month regimen (20-60 minutes per day) using Kasina and Enkidu sessions. Choose the sessions that would be best for my brain. And it did so!
At first it gave me Hz guidelines and general recommendations. But when I asked it "of the following Kasina ameditate sessions (and the. I listed them), which would be best? Please incorporate them into the plan". And presto, I had a truly customized program!
It turns out that not every session in a given category was a good "fit" for me. For example, I have a very "fast dominant" brain (ADHD, with a tendency towards anxiety). So some sessions geared towards ADHD weren't helpful for me because they included Hz that were faster than ideal. Same thing with other categories such as "Meditate" - about half of them were recommended and half the AI steered me away a from (or recommended I use them only a few times per week).
So far, I'm really happy with my customized plan. Incorporating the EEG information took a lot of the guesswork out and saved me a lot of time. I thought others might want to try the same thing. You can contact a neurofeedback company in your area and pay a fee to have an assessment done, even if you don?t want to do the actual neurofeedback. Just take the printed out report and type the findings into the AI of your choice!
