Script for out of body experiences

I was thinking I could create a script guiding me out of my body and use it in conjuction with a deep meditation program on the Procyon.

I'm not sure if anyone has tried something like this before. I could possibly even grab an AudioStrobe CD with appropriate trance-inducing program with music - rip the audio and mix it with a a script and then just run it through the Procyon.

Anyone tried stuff like this before specifically for OBEs?

The Audio Strobe CD "Requiem" is really good for this. In fact, it may induce an OBE on its own without a script. I've tried it and it's quite cool.
