Volume on right earbub is very low on a used Limina - Is it broken?

Hello, I also bought a used Limina for a friend. I think it has an issue though but i wanted to check here before i return it.

The sound on the right side earbud is mush lower than the one in the left side. I mean when the volume is in the middle or below the I cannot really hear anything coming out of the right earbud. I can have the overall volume ramp up but am findiing too loud for my left ear to be listening for say 20-30mins.

I tried different earbuds but it was the same, below half way the overall volume I could hear nothing from the right bud.
I was only listening to the standard preloaded sessions.

Is there any setting i can tweak? Or should i return it?

Let's first check that a setting is not out of place on the Limina.
Please power-off the Limina if you have it currently powered on, and make sure you have fresh batteries installed.
Next, press and hold both the brightness (-) button and volume (-) button at the same time, while powering on the Limina. If you did this correctly, you will see a text box on the screen that says:
FACTORY RESET SETTINGS COMPLETED
PLEASE WAIT...

Please let me know if that fixes the problem.
