Tinnitus and Kasina

I did a search for tinnitus and nothing came up. Has anyone used AVE to help reduce tinnitus? If so what session or Hz range. Has anyone ever had tinnitus made worse?

My journey with tinnitus ended with this:
- a lot of rest
- doing the Wim Hof breathing exercises multiple times per day!!
- going into deep delta with the Kasina

While doing the exercises, your tinnitus becomes worse. But coping with the fear of this, was actually the start of my healing it.
When the tone started to intensify and move to my other ear, I was convinced this had nothing to do with my physical ear itself.
This insight paved the way to fixing it, because I knew it was my brain at that point.
In delta, deep rest is found and in deep rest, healing can happen.
It took me app. 18 months, but now it's gone. It sometimes comes back, but this is my cue to start to slow down, since it was clearly linked to overall fatigue (in my case).


it really sucks big time this tinnitus...

Sorry didn't go on the forum for some time.
For what it's worth (or for other readers in the future),
I was using mainly Procyon Sessions in the KBS folder of the Kasina:
Regeneration 35 and 45
Quiet Hour
Deep Meditation
Deep Tranquility
