Some Beginner Questions

Hi: I bought a Thoughtstream unit a long time ago, and only now am getting into it. I mean really getting into it. Here are my questions:

I want to get a second unit as a backup in case this one fails. Is MindPlace still manufacturing these? If not, is EBay the only place I can get a second unit?

Does MindPlace manufacture other types of units that rely on biofeedback of skin response (use sensors)? Or are the other units purely about light and sound shows for meditation? the biofeedback element is very helpful for me.

Hi Charles;

The ThoughtStream is no longer manufactured by MindPlace. You can usually find used ones on eBay.

MindPlace is planning to sell a replacement for the ThoughtStream sometime this year, but it has not been released yet.

Thanks Andy. When you say a replacement, do you mean a similar unit, or one with enhanced functioning?

The new product admin has just said are there any noticeable improvements compared to the old version.
