Hmm... I have set the track to allow downloads. According to the statistics page it has been downloaded exactly 100 times. I wonder if that's a cut-off for my account type. I'll try playing around with the settings again on the weekend or uploading it somewhere else. I have a couple of other tracks I can make available if I host the files somewhere else (Soundcloud file limit is pretty small).
