good article. Interesting the reference to Dr Pierrre Janet. Most of his case studies were never published alas!
Just purchased a Kasina. I have already tried Lorretta neurofeedback which didnt really permanently help my Chronic fatigue syndrome. It will be interesting to see what impact the Kasina has on my condition. I know it will take time and persistence!!
