Alpha/Theta Crossover Session?

hello,

Does anyone know if the Kasina's Pre-loaded SD card includes an 'Alpha/Theta Crossover' session? If so, what is it called?

If not, does anyone know if one has been produced by the community?

An Alpha/Theta Crossover I understand to be when the amplitude of Theta waves exceeds that of Alpha waves.
It has a very specific effect, that of momentarily consciously watching your subconscious, at the doorway.

Memories and their associated emotions surface to be resolved through simply witnessing them from a place of stillness.
It's very effective in the resolution of trauma.

Maybe it's known in the Mindplace/Kasina community as something else?

Is that the same idea as is being talked about in the article "Alpha-Theta Brainwave Biofeedback" by Jonathan D. Cowan, Ph.D. in the MegaBrain vol 2 #3?

I came across this thread while looking for something similar.

I'm after a primarily theta track with the occasional second of Alpha interspersed here and there to help recall. Do you know of anything like that?
