Hello,
Does anyone know where I can find the SS Ref Autopan chain for Audacity? It is used in the Audacity SpectraStrobe - Kasina Basic Session Editor video, but doesn't seem to be in the Audacity Mind Machine Suite.
Thanks
Andrew

I wondering if it's been renamed to SS Ref LFO?

Hi Andy,
I don't think SS Ref LFO is the same thing. Partially because SS Ref LFO was also present in the video. ssvideo.JPG
More importantly, SS Ref LFO doesn't seem to work.
Is this thread helpful?

I am also following that video, if you realize when applying that chain the effect Panning(LFO) 2a starts. You have it in effects, you can apply it from there.
I'v tried using Panning (LFO) 2a on the reference track, and the wave form did look like the example in Scott's video, but the mixed down mp3 from Audacity wouldn't drive the lights on the Kasina (though it did play the sound track I added.
Try your experiments first with .wav files rather than mp3. Because an improperly-encoded mp3 can strip the SS information, you want to first use uncompressed (wav) files to make sure you've got the SS encoding right, then once you do, you can try compressing to mp3.
