Which Colours to Use

Hello,

I got a Kasina recently, however I can't seem to find info on what lights to use i.e. just red, green, blue or combinations of them. I had the DAVID Delight and had white light. Why doesn't Kasina have this option as well to have white light? Does the Deep Vision have white light? How am I to determine what colours to use that best suit my goals? I have seasonal affective disorder and read that it can help and so I am interested in being energized but also I find in the afternoon alpha sessions help me feel better as well and those are more relaxing so I'd like to relax deeply, but more so in the late afternoon when I start to feel tired

Hello and welcome!

The thing about AVS is... everyone is different. What works really well for one person might not work for someone else, and what you might like for colors is not what someone else likes or finds effective.

There are lots of articles regarding how different colors may be more effective for certain entrainment but I've always found that experimentation is the best way to find out what works FOR YOU.

If you would like to see what others have experienced to see if your findings relate well to theirs, here are some good starting points. We'll be interested to find out what you feel works best for you.
