Help - Procyon AVS software install problem

I had no problem installing the drivers, after watching the videos for 64bit installation (mind is 32 bit) I altered the COM port from 15 to 2, notwithstanding the video indicated 15 would/should be okay - I installed the Procyon AVS software
however I still get the following error:

Current Segment not selected

pressing the OK

I get:

Run time error'52'
Bad file name or number


pressing the OK the Procyon AVS software terminates

assistance appreciated

I've heard of this before, I can't remember the exact cause, but I think it has to do with the Procyon software's install folder being write-protected.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
