Im thoroughly intrigued...
I find that when I am learning I like to get a multitude of textbooks, MOOC's etc from as many decent sources as possible.
Meditation & neurofeedback are no different.
There are many different entrainment programs - surely its healthy for your brain to try them all.
Really the ideal is a personalized neurofeedback analysis but even then each different therapist will have different recommendations & techniques.
They would use this information to tailor a program specific to your brain & desired results.
Even QEEG uses a baseline average dataset to compare brainwave patterns to - not the ultimate in brain health but the average that is assumed functional.
So its not so simple as what is the best brainwave entrainment product or protocol.
