Script Error. Continue? | Can?t remove User with special characters

Hello, i need very help.


I have installed in my machine Mental Games 2.9.1 and ThoughtStream, but a days ago i created an user with special characters. After this i can?t use the Mental Games again.

Just error, and i can?t remove this user.


Can you help me please???


I tryed uinstall and install for many times, but is not enough, The following evidence attached.

Ps: My System Operation is Windows 10.
