You would only be able to use one without amplification or a driver circuit. This is due to the limited current output of the Kasina which is designed to drive LEDs.
I have experimented with this board though https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-...akout/overview and it produces really nice effects. It requires a microcontroller for programming. I recommend you pickup a Trinket Pro from the same company for the size and easy programming.
If you place an order there you might as well pickup a bone conduction transducer and a small amp. I have made this project and it is really interesting and fun to play with. https://learn.adafruit.com/3d-printe...transducer-box
I don't know what the cost would be for shipping to Brazil but Adafruit is a great company.

For the least amount of additional circuitry I think you would want one of those boards for each motor that you intend to drive. You could still use just one micocontroller (Arduino, Trinket, etc) to drive them all in sync or even cascading/out of phase. Or if you just want simple controllable frequency pulsing you could use a PWM driver board like this one: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-...hield/overview An external power supply would be required.
Still, all told pretty inexpensive either way. Maybe like $75 for all parts including the headband supplies. These boards and the Trinket are really small so you could enclose them in the headband. Just be sure to provide good shielding and isolation against the skin. You definitely wouldn't want to get zapped.
You could also get a lipo battery (500maH) and the backpack charger for the Trinket Pro. https://www.adafruit.com/product/2124 That way all you would have to do is plug it in to USB when it needs charging. These parts should make a self contained, flexible haptic stimulation unit.

Adafruit always has neat tutorials. Here is one on a vibrating headband for meditation. https://learn.adafruit.com/haptic-headband. They use the Flora microcontroller which has nice form factor and is designed for wearables.
