I thought I'd share this tea recipe that may enhance the AVS experience.
Hibiscus Tea :
Makes 1 - 2 cups
4 dried hibiscus flowers crushed
1 teaspoon dried crushed rosehips (seeds removed)
1/8 teaspoon (pinch) of ceylon cinnamon (must be ceylon)
1/4 cup of chamomile flowers
Steep in hot water and strain.
I like bold flavors and a lot of results so I steep for 15-20 minutes sometimes 30 minutes but you can go as low as 10 minutes. (longer steep better tea)
Boil water, remove from heat and steep covered for your desired time.
