Hi All,
I should receive my Procyon tomorrow and I'm very excited about it! I mainly want to use it for obes and was wondering if anyone has experienced any close to an obe with the Procyon? I also want plan to use it for meditation not course. Thanks!

In a recent blog there was there was a procedure to to activate the "Chakra Meditation" using the'A=432 harmonic overture tuning and he selected sound frequencies that relate to the third eye.
Apparently the session begins with a 12 Hz isochronic tone lasting 1 minute set a sound frequency intended to activate the Kundalini through the root chakra.

This blog was accompanied by a PDF package that outlined how to set up the above.
Has anyone used this package and if so does it work?
