SpectraStrobe specifications?

Hey guys, quick question.

So is there some documentation available on the specifications of SpectraStrobe encoded signals?

As in what base frequencies activate each color LED?

I know there are the pre-made tools like NP3, MWS, and the VST plugins, that make it fairly easy to interface with, but I would like to explore other options as well.

Technically, these should work on Android too. I am having trouble though getting the Android version to see my custom presets and there is a bug report on this http://sourceforge.net/p/gnaural/bugs/23/ . I'll keep trying to figure it out but it seems like the storage location it is looking for has been broken by updates.
