Hi -
Can someone please tell me the simplest way
to use Mind Work Station programming to
make a session with just the brightest, blue-est lights?
I'm sure it's a simple thing...
but for some reason I can't seem to "get" it...
Thanks!

Hi Jim,
You will want to use the Blue light channel only under the Advanced SpectraStrobe menu. Here is a screenshot to help locate it.

Thanks! I knew something like this was somewhere....
really appreciate the fast, accurate, illustrated (!) answer....
Hi Jim,
Not a problem. I also want to mention that if you would like to brighten up the Blue a bit then you can add a little bit of green as well for blue/green shades. You can do this by also adding a Green channel from the same menu and turning down the brightness on that track. Say anywhere from 10% to 30%...
One more thing is to set the green to a really slow frequency like 0.1 to 0.5hz. The easiest way to do this is to add another entrainment track and link only the Green channel to it. Then as it fades in and out you get a range of blues which creates visual interest and helps the brain to fill in the color spaces. Try it. It helps blue come across much better.
