Those pages simply describe how the machine moves through it's sensitivity settings. The Thoughtstream automatically decreases it's sensitivity as you use it as you are get better at changing your mental state.
Manual sensitivity level adjustment
When the unit is first turned on the current sensitivity level is indicated for one second as a single green light.
To adjust the level:
Press the START/STOP button once within 10 seconds of turning the unit on. You will again see one green light displayed.
Set the level by adjusting the top right-hand dial. After setting the new sensitivity level, press the START/STOP button a second time to start your session. The sensitivity level may also be manually adjusted during a session. Press the START/STOP button two times to enter the sensitivity level adjustment mode, then follow the steps outlined above.

I assume what you're asking is how to install and use the Thoughtstream Graphing software.
First, you will need to download and install the driver and software. The software and driver for the Thoughtstream is here.
The Driver link is shown on that page as Thoughtstream USB driver and the file is called CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7_v6.5.exe.
After downloading that file, double-click on it to install the driver for the Thoughtstream USB.
Once you have successfully downloaded and installed the driver, you can download and install the Thoughtstream Interface software (USB version) from that same location. That file will be called TS_USB_Interface_2_10.zip.
After downloading that file, double-click on it to open the zip file, and then click on "Extract All Files" and choose a location to extract them to that's easy to find.
Once the files have extracted, find those extracted files and double-click on setup.exe. Follow the instructions to install the software.
Next, you can plug in your Thoughtstream USB to your computer using the supplied USB cable, and you should get a "new hardware found" window and the driver will take a few moments to install itself. As it's installing a small popup window usually appears in your taskbar tray at the bottom right corner of your screen. When the driver has finished installing, you should see a message that shows which COM port it has installed for the Thoughtstream. Make note of that COM port number as it will help in configuring the Interface software.
Once the driver has completed it's install, run the Thoughtstream USB interface software, which should be a link on your Start Menu.
In the program, click on the Serial Port menu item and select Set Comm Port. Select the COM port that you saw in the pop-up window when installing the driver, or if you don't remember it, select the highest non-red COM port number.
Attach the sensor to your hand as normal, and power up the Thoughtstream USB if you haven't already, and once it's calibrated itself, select the menu item Session and select Start. You should now see the graph start drawing on the screen of you relaxation/energy state.
For further help and operation of the software, you should download and read through the Thoughtstream USB Software Manual which goes into detail the operation of the software.

Can I get a report after i finish session ?
how i do this report ?
when i can find it ?
how i read this report ?
I assume you have already downloaded and read the Thoughtstream USB Software Manual?
When you save the session using "Save As", you can name the session file with a name that's easy to remember. The data will be stored in 2 files, one with a .txt extension that has values stored as text. You could import into Excel or other software, and one with a .tst extension that the Thoughtstream Graphing software can read to show saved sessions as a graph. The manual describes how to load these saved .tst files and display them. Can I get a report after i finish session ?
how i do this report ?
You will find the saved files in whatever folder you save them in. Make sure you save them in a folder OTHER THAN your "Program Files" folder. Typically you should use your "Documents" or "My Documents" folder.when i can find it ?
The .txt file can be read using any text editor like notepad, or you could import it into a program like Excel to make graphs of the session.how i read this report ?
the .tst file can be read using the Thoughtstream Graphing software as described in the manual starting at the bottom of page 5: "Displaying multiple sessions".
