Thanks for posting this information, Scott, and we should make a 'sticky' for this: create your own folders, populate them with the tracks you want to hear sequentially, and you basically have a playlist/album.

It will play a folder although this might not have made it into the documentation as it was a late edition to the firmware. Navigate to your folder then hit the right arrow to begin playback (with countdown if set) and all of the files in the folder will play one after the other in the order of the list.. We will use this feature a great deal in upcoming audio releases.

Tried this on my Kasina, and pressing the right side of the nav ring just opens that folder. I'm on FW1.02, is there a later FW with this feature, or am I doing it wrong?

Ok, right in the production firmware FW1.02 this does look to be changed a bit.

Enter the folder then click the right arrow to start playing the file.

It appears that you can start with any file on the list and it will continue from there. I am testing this by fast forwarding through the files and it works fine. I will let a few play through and if it is any different will report back. Otherwise I will make a blog post about this so it is at least not embedded in a thread.
