    Default Color Brightness Test

Is there a testprogramm available or easy to program one in order to test whether the brightness is correct. As less as possible, so much as necessary.
    Kind regards Georg

    Hi Georg and Welcome!

You can set the brightness to whatever level you feel comfortable. There is no "correct" setting as everyone has different tastes. Same with volume!

    Thank You Andy,
I understand the individual feeling. But my problem is that I unfortunately reduce the brightness too much because it is not so aggressive and then I loose the result.
    Kind regards Georg

I guess what I would do is start at a high brightness and immediately turn it down until it's comfortable, then run the session at that brightness.

You are keeping your eyes closed, right?

Hallo Andy, yes I Have my eyes closed. I will try it like You recommends. I read that blue needs the most energy, while red is seen with low energy. So I have to find out that level where blue is still to see.
    Kind regards Georg
