Any of the "theta" based programs will help with memory. Of course there is no guarantee as to which memories will surface.

To recall specific information, it depends on how that information was stored (in the brain) in the first place.

However -- good programs for memory are: P12 to 16, 24-27, 35 to 37 maybe.

Sorry David, I'm by no means an expert in this area and don't have any further information on this subject.

I would think that in order to process information very quickly, that the brain would need to be in a Beta state and then when finished, perhaps a 10 ot 15 minute Theta state so that the information gets processed into long term memory. This is just my speculation.
