Problem with kasina battery that does not charge

Hello. A while ago I bought 2 kasina devices through Amazon.
One for me and one for my wife. After a while we did not use them again and apparently the lithium battery stopped working, no mantenia la carga.
I have already changed miniUSB cables, also purchased on Amazon and they definitely do not charge.
It also didn't help to replace firmware when the battery was still charged.
Currently they do not load.


I want to know how I do or where I buy the batteries to charge my two kasina devices again and use them again. Well, in the advertising on Amazon it didn't say that they were disposable.
I would not like to put two negative reviews on Amazon, because I know that this hurts the sale of the equipment, so I hope you will help me.

Hello Andy. And I did everything you recommended step by step. tries several times and it still won't load. I used different chargers and several new and used cables and what you tell me doesn't work with any of them.
Nothing is seen on the screen.
I think it's the battery.
I hope you tell me what to do. To solve my problem with the kasinas.
