Thread: Understanding sync with audio and lights

Default Understanding sync with audio and lights

I have have a simple audio file that is basically a pulse of 10khz that is on for 1 m/s and off for 24 m/s, creating a 40 hz train of the 10khz. I am wanting to sync my lights up to the 40 hz "pulse". I have looked at the synchromuse tutorials, but that seems to focus on lining up the lights with different segments in the program. Is there a way to get the lights to sync with the 40 hz pulses. It would just be the red light on and off in sync with the pulses.

    Any guidance appreciated.

Probably the easiest way would be to create an AudioStrobe file, and feed that into the Procyon for decoding.

I would use Prism to create your AudioStrobe track.
