Thread: Wavetable generator

    Default Wavetable generator

    As I look into the wavetable editor I see waves available at frequencies 1, 1.25, 1.5 and 2.0. This looks like a major chord to me.

    But, graphic window clearly shows that it is not always true:
    1.0 (declared) = 1.0 (visible), correct
    1.25 (declared) = 5.0 (visible), not correct
    1.5 = 3.0, not correct
    2.0 = 2.0, correct

    Is it impossible to have a chord here?
    Please comment.

    Sorry for the delay in replying!

    You are correct that the representation is not right. It's on the "to do" list for the next update.

    You could try making a chord, but with the harmonics present, it may not sound all that good.
