New Session Available!
Cheer Up II (Serotonin)
Do you need to wake up in the morning without copious cups of coffee? This should be the trick. Use this session in the morning as a caffeine replacement, to overcome sleepiness during the daytime and boost up your awareness and concentration.
The frequency range of brainwave entrainment in this track starts at alpha and ramps up to beta and gamma (18 Hz, 24Hz, and 36 Hz)
Does anybody own the Endiku? And would it be possible to provide the sessions here?
Hi Thalassa,
Here's a link to my video review, albeit, it's a lengthy one, but folk within the light field seem to appreciate the attention to detail: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0OAyFPHszk
Here are some more reviews by others:

There are a huge amount of sessions for the machine, but whilst I would dearly love to share them for others to use them with Kasina, the maker of Enkidu has spent several years writing the sessions, and they are no doubt copywriter, so I wouldn't want to be in breach of this.
Having said that, Adel, is such an approachable and lovey guy. Maybe contact him here: www.enkidulight.com
:-)
Be original then nobody can tell you you're doing it wrong!
Yes I understand Thank you for the links will have a look.
New Session Available!
Visit the Garden of Delights in our latest audio-visual mood boost experience.
This session uses an excitatory protocol in beta range and ramps up from 14Hz to 16Hz, and from 18Hz to 20Hz.
This session can help with the seasonal affective disorder, depression and improve your mood and motivation.
Important note: Please always make sure to keep a balance between sessions and frequency range you use.
People suffering from depression, dissociative symptoms, lack of motivation and addiction, should not use too much of sessions with lower frequency range such as theta and delta (lower than 7Hz), as it can worsen the symptoms.
In other hand, people suffering from anxiety, hyperactivity or lack of sleep, should be careful with using sessions with the higher beta range between 20Hz and 30Hz.
