*NOTE* If you are having ANY problems at all with the Proteus being controlled by the Thoughtstream, PUT IN BRAND NEW BATTERIES in both units and test again! Very strange things can occur when the batteries get low in both the Proteus and Thoughtstream.

No, the connection is a digital connection where the Thoughtstream sends data to the Proteus. It will only affect the audio in as much as the Thoughtstream signals are changing the light and sound values in the Proteus.

Ok thank you for the fix. I will now have a series of new questions.
