I embedded some of my favorite Guided Meditations into SP Sessions.
These Sessions are kind of experimental and I could not test all the Sessions yet so if you find anything not working right
please tell me.
And like always general feedback also critics is very welcome

by clicking leftmouse you can stream them or save them by clicking rightmouse and save target.
If it does not work use filezilla to download

And if you are in the US choose SFTP Protokoll Port 5544.
(with Filezilla you can choose the Port)

If you are in the US try with Filezilla and then SFTP Protokoll Port 5544.

Im in France , it dosent work with Filezilla . I will wait to Andy pull the files .

No , I didnt . I have download the session for the tinnitus . My tinnitus is the same , but the session is wonderfull . Thank for your sessions .

I was able to connect from the US with these updated settings. I tried on my regular FTP client on the Mac too, Transmit, and it worked fine as well.

So here is what my host manager means:
As it looks Filzilla is still trying to use the FTP Protocoll
Please go to Datei (File ? right upper corner)Server Manager and choose SFTP-Protokoll.
If it still does not work send me the parameters you made.

So wie es aussieht will der FileZilla-Client immer noch das FTP-Protokoll benutzen.
Bitte stellen Sie unter datei --> Server Manager das SFTP-Protokoll ein.
Falls es immer noch nicht funktionieren sollte, bitte ich Sie
Mir die Einstellungen zuzusenden welche gemacht sind.
