James asked:

I'm wondering about the palm sensor with the thought stream...is it very
accurate??? the information says it measures moisture fluctuations in the
skin --- I'm thinking that somehow the pulse or brainwaves are what should
be measured --- could you pleases tell me what you think...do you have any
experience with this???
The idea behind biofeedback training is to help the individual become more self aware of changes that occur in the body in accordance with mood or mental activity. By seeing or hearing the feedback, the individual learns to recognize the subtle changes in the body. In addition, using this method, the individual can also learn how to induce chosen states of mind.

The GSR sensors are accurate enough for the purpose they serve - the actual biofeedback training. Every thought and/or feeling you have creates all kinds of changes in your body. Your pulse rate, respiration, perspiration, muscle tension, body temperature, blood pressure and brainwaves are all areas that can be measured and changed through biofeedback training.
