You would need to know the specific frequencies that are used to create the isochronic beats and their timing. Light triggers need to be especially encoded in the audio stream. However, since isochronic tones are audible you can use metronome software that will let you 'tap tempo' to get pretty close to the range. Most people tap out quarter notes so you will likely have to double the tempo. Once you have found the tempo you can figure out the approximate frequency of the beats. Then you would make a custom session to create a light track.
A little bit advanced but doable.
