Trouble with TS connecting - disconnecting

After working correctly 5 or 6 timesmy TS has begon sporadically disconnecting from both of my laptops XP / 7. Even if it is off, whether the software is open or not, if left plugged into the USB port, it will randomly connect and disconnect. Sometimes 10x in a minute. It will not go 15 min into a session without disconnecting. then the whole process is restarted and it disconnects again.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Thoughtstream.

Have you tried another USB cable to see if that's the problem?
