I have just bought a proteus machine and am wondering which programs should I use and when to enhance my sports activity(tennis player) ?

For instance if I am working on a skill, which program should I use before practice to enhance my learning experience? Then when I want to visualize the skill which program should I use?And to consolidate the learning experience? is there any program that gets you in the zone(optimally stimulated for play)? and can I use it just before going on court?
Or perhaps someone would be kind enough to explain to me the peak performance programs.
What are the brain wave patterns of sports peak performance?

I appreciate all feedback as I'm very excited to expand my knowledge and am completely new to this domain.
