My Thoughtstream turns off!

Hi,
I've replaced the batteries twice (not rechargeable) and this same situation keeps occurring:

It goes through a "rainbow" of colors instantly, one right after the other - then there is a hesitation of a few moments - then it turns itself off.
Any advice?
Its very frustrating as I've been using my TS for 5 years and it has been very reliable...up until now.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Thoughtstream. It might be that there's something wrong with the sensor or it's cabling.
