Wave map? Not sure what you mean by that. You can find descriptions of the sessions in the Users Guide or online http://mindplacesupport.com/limina/#manuals

List of frequencies the sessions are using.
Check the owner's manual and information given on the support site http://mindplacesupport.com/kasina/. Also check the Community Forum and our Facebook group page for additional sessions and descriptions. Please note that a lot of the sessions that are preloaded on the machine are from third-party vendors, some of which are no longer available. Detailed information may not be available. You can pretty much assume that light meditation/relaxation sessions are alpha programs, deep meditation/relaxation to be theta, pain relief and sleep delta, energizing and focus sessions beta and gamma.
