New user, corrupt SD card

Hi I’ve just got a new Kasina, I added a session to the SD card but now it won’t read the card and my PC wants to format it, where can I download all the original files from ? Also do I format it as Fat32 and 7.6 gig ?

truns out the Kasina won’t read any card, is there a hard reset or anything I can try ?

so it appears my cards was formatted wrong, Not FAT32. The Kasina card is dead.
My issue is now I have lost all sessions how can i download them all ?
