Help with concentration

Hi!

I work from home and am finding it really hard to concentrate and stay tuned-in to my tasks. Would anyone recommend any programs which would work well to listen to while I work, i.e. preset programs where the sound alone would help if for example I had the headphones on for an hour or so here and there, while working at my desk?

Start with P 6 or 7 and then P33 while working at your desk.

Another option: I have a couple of Proteus sessions that I wrote where I use the sound only and they really do help with my concentration. I didn't notice the effects at first but after using the programs for a couple of days, I did notice a great improvement.
