As far as I understand the device work in AS mode using left channel for red and right channel for green leds. Is it possible to switch it to alternating left/right eyes? Thank you.

Unfortunately, the bi-colour lightframes are not wired that way. I believe that the mono-coloured frames are though. They are available through your dealer or MindPlace.
